- Borland offers a C++ compiler in a Windows environment to create
- Windows and DOS programs.
- You can also compile your programs under DOS using the command-line
- tools, not an environment.
- Borland used to have a DOS environment some time ago, and I don't
- know about Turbo C(++), maybe that still comes with a DOS
- environment.
- The command line tools work fine though, and maybe someone wants
- to sell an older version of Borland C++ to you.

- know anything about MS VC++ :-) )
